As one of the processes of PCBA electronic assembly, cleaning has become the focus again in the production of military, aerospace and other reliability products with the increasing density and complexity of assembly. The existence of flux residues could cause long term reliability issue as flux residues are corrosive. Under the guidance of the government's environmental policy, waterless system is employed at our company. The following figure shows our PCBA cleaning process:
